dc.description.abstractLatar Belakang: Peterseli (Petroselinum crispum Mill.) mengandung karbohidrat, gula, lemak, protein, vitamin, kalsium, besi, magnesium, kalium, dan zink. Tujuan: Untuk menentukan kadar kalium, kalsium, magnesium, dan zink secara spektrofotometri serapan atom. Metode penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan daun peterseli dari Pasar swalayan brastagi di Medan. Sampel didekstruksi menggunakan metode dekstruksi kering. Analisis kuantitatif dilakukan pada panjang gelombang untuk kalsium 422,7 nm; untuk kalium 766,5 nm; untuk magnesium 285,2 nm; dan zink 213,9 nm. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kadar kalium pada daun peterseli di peroleh sebesar 677,24 ± 2,15 mg/100g sampel, kadar kalsium sebesar 77,31± 0,31 mg/100g sampel, kadar magnesium 41,74 ± 0,06 mg/100g sampel, kadar zink 5,63 ± 0,03 mg/100g sampel. Kesimpulan: Dapat disimpulkan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah daun peterseli mengandung kalsium, kalium, magnesium, dan zink.en_US
dc.description.abstractBackground: Parsley (Petroselinum crispum Mill.) Contains carbohydrates, sugars, fats, proteins, vitamins, calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, and zinc. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the levels of potassium, calcium, magnesium, and zinc by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Methods: This study uses parsley leaves from Brastagi supermarket in Medan. The sample is decoded using the dry deception method. Quantitative analysis was carried out at a wavelength for calcium 422.7 nm; for potassium 766.5 nm; for magnesium 285.2 nm; and zinc 213.9 nm. Result: The results showed that the level of potassium in parsley leaves was obtained at 677.24 ± 2.15 mg / 100g samples, calcium levels of 77.31 ± 0.31 mg / 100g samples, magnesium content 41.74 ± 0.06 mg / 100 g of sample, zinc level was 5.63 ± 0.03 mg / 100 g of sample. Conclusion: It can be concluded from the results of this study that parsley leaves contain calcium, potassium, magnesium, and zinc.en_US
