    Respons Pertumbuhan dan Produksi Beberapa Varietas Kacang Hijau (Vigna radiata L.) dengan Pemberian Giberelin di Lahan Salin

    Abstract
    The effect of GA3 applications on the growth and production of some green bean varieties has not been studied in this area. Therefore, a study was conducted at Hamparan Village, Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang District of North Sumatra, Medan (± 13-28 m asl) in May - August 2017 using Factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) with two treatment factors, three green varieties (Vima-1 Varieties, Vima-2 Varieties, Vima-3 Varieties) and GA3 Applications (0 ppm, 100 ppm, 200 ppm).The results showed that varieties were significantly different from the plant height, the number of primary branches, the number of pods per plant, the weight of seeds per plant, and the diameter of the seed. Giberelin showed a marked difference to the plant height parameters of 3 and 5 weeks after planting, root volume, seed diameter. The interaction between giving gibberellins and varieties had a significant effect on the number of primary branches and root volume.
     
    Pengaruh aplikasi GA3 terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi beberapa varietas kacang hijau belum pernah diteliti di daerah ini. Untuk itu suatu penelitian telah dilaksanakan diDesa Terjun Kecamatan Hamparan Perak Kabupaten Deli Serdang Sumatera Utara, Medan (±13-28 m dpl) pada Mei – Agustus 2017 menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial dengan dua faktor perlakuan yaitu, tiga varietas kacang hijau (Varietas Vima-1, Varietas Vima-2, Varietas Vima-3) dan Aplikasi GA3 ( 0 ppm, 100 ppm, 200 ppm). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa varietas berbeda nyata terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman, jumlah cabang primer, jumlah polong per tanaman, bobot biji per tanaman, dan diameter benih. Giberelin menunjukkan berbeda yang nyata terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman 3 dan 5 MST, volume akar, diameter benih.Interaksi antara pemberian giberelin dan varietas berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah cabang primer dan volume akar.
