dc.description.abstractOrganizational Citizenhship Behavior merupakan kontribusi seorang individu yang melebihi tuntutan peran ditempat kerja dan diberi penghargaan berdasarkan hasil kinerja individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi, pengembangan karir dan kepuasan kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenhship Behavior pada petugas Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM) Puskesmas di Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah petugas Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM) Puskesmas di Kabupaten Deli Serdang yang berjumlah 34 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data berupa skala likert. Tehnik Penelitian ini menggunakan metode uji analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini dengan menggunakan uji f (serempak) menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi, pengembangan karir dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenhship Behavior. Sedangkan uji secara t (parsial) didapatkan bahwa pengembangan karir, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, sedangkan komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Citizenhship Behavior. Sehingga tinggi atau rendahnya komitmen organisasi, pengembangan karir dan kepuasan kerja akan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan Organizational Citizenhship Behavior petugas Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM) Puskesmas di Kabupaten Deli Serdang.en_US
dc.description.abstractOrganizational Citizenship Behaviour is an individual contribution which exceeds the workplace demands and is rewarded based on the work result. This research is intended to find out the effects of organizational commitment, career development and job satisfaction of Organizational Citizenship Behaviour towards Non-infectious diseases employees of Deli Serdang Community Health Centre. The population on this reseach is 34 of Non-infectious diseases employees of Deli Serdang Community Health Centre. The method applied in this reseach is likert scale data analysis. The reseach technique applied is multiple linear regression. The research outcome using simultaneous test procedures (test F) results that organizational commitment, career development and job satisfaction have positive effects and is significant towards Organizational Citizenship Behaviour. On the other hand, partial test (test T) results that career development, job satisfaction have positive effects and significant while the organizational commitment has negative effects and is not significant towards Organizational Citizenship Behaviour. Therefore, the high and low of organizational commitment, career development and job satisfaction will have effects towards the enchanchment of Organizational Citizenship Behaviour on Non-infectious diseases employees of Deli Serdang Community Health Centre.en_US
