dc.description.abstractManajemen bertransformasi untuk memecahkan solusi bagaimana cara yang tepat untuk mengembalikan kinerja perusahan kembali. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis pengaruh mutasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pimpinan, menganalis pengaruh promosi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pimpinan dan menganalis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pimpinan , menganalisis pengaruh mutasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pimpinan melalui kepuasan kerja dan menganalis pengaruh promosi terhadap kinerja karyawan pimpinan kantor Direksi PTPN II melalui kepuasan kerja, penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan asosiatif banyak sampel 96 orang. Hasil penelitian adalah mutasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pimpin andan merupakan variabel dominan yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karya wanpimpinan, promosi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Pimpinan dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pimpinan Kantor Direksi PTPN II. Selanjutnya analisis jalur, nilai path atau jalur (p1) dan signifikansi yang berarti Mutasi jabatan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pimpinan dan nilai path atau jalur (p1) dan signifikansi berarti promosi jabatan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pimpinan.en_US
