The aim of this study was to know and to analize effect of climate working group for achievement of sales targets in marketing division of PT X. This study was associative study. The population in this case was the employees in marketing division PT X , with 31 correspondents which were taken by using Saturated Sampling Method. The collection of primary and secondary data were done by using questionnaire and literature study, respectively. Hypothesis test in this study was used logistic regression analysis with significant value α = 5% (0,05). Climate of working group was negative effect and not significance for achievement of sales targets in marketing division of PT X . The output of variables in the equation showed significant value according to wald statistic, as showed that the indicator of dependent variable, the climate of working group didn’t give any significance effect because sig.value 0,053 was bigger than 0,05. The constanta value for logistic regression in this study was -19,899 which showed independent variable gave negative effect for the dependent variable. Depend on the output of data test, the value Nagalerke R Square was 0,392 that means variability of dependent variable which could be explained by independent variable was 39,2% and 60,8% out of the model as the rest.
