      The aim of this research were to find and analyze the effect of Earning Per Shares (EPS), Return on Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), firm size (SIZE), Debt To Equity (DER) and Risk Based Capital (RBC) to firm value (PBV) with the company's growth (GWTH) as moderating variable on insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population were all of insurance companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange, during the period of 2009 to 2014. The sampling technique was saturated sampling or census sampling which taking 10 insurance companies. The data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis and residual moderating test. The result showed that simultaneously, Earning Per Shares (EPS), Return on Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), firm size (SIZE), Debt To Equity (DER) and Risk Based Capital (RBC) had positive and significant influence on firm value. In partial improved that Earnings Per Shares (EPS) and Return On Equity (ROE) had positive and significant influence on firm value, while the Net Profit Margin (NPM), firm size (SIZE), and Risk Based Capital (RBC) had positive but did not significant influence on firm value and Debt To Equity (DER) had negative but did not significant influence on firm value. In the second equation impoved that Company’s Growth (Gwth) did not able to moderate the relationship of Earning Per Shares (EPS), Return on Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), firm size (SIZE), Debt To Equity (DER) and Risk Based Capital (RBC) to the firm value.
