dc.description.abstractThe The purpose of this research is to identify the effect of Career Development and Motivation towards Job Satisfaction in PT.TASPEN (PERSERO) Kantor Cabang Utama Medan. The population of this research is 56 employees in PT.TASPEN (Persero) Kantor Cabang Utama Medan. The sample in this research was selected by using nonprobability sampling which consist of 56 employees of PT.TASPEN (Persero) Kantor Cabang Utama Medan. Data analysis technique is descriptive analysis techniques and statistical analysis techniques. And methods of collecting data through interviews, questionnaires, and study documentary. The reason researchers conducted this study because of the phenomenon that the absence of clarity in career development, lack of rigor in applying the rules of career development, and the level of delays into work continues to increase. The result showed that simultaneously Career Development and Motivation towards Job Satisfaction in PT.TASPEN (PERSERO) Kantor Cabang Utama Medan. The partial test showed that both Career Development and Organizations Culture has positive effect and significant towards employee of PT.TASPEN (Persero) Kantor Cabang Utama Medan. Motivation is dominant variable wish effect the job satisfaction in PT. Taspen (persero) Kantor Cabang Utama Medanen_US
