    Faktor – Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Nilai Perusahaan dengan Ukuran Perusahaan Sebagai Variabel Moderating pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Sektor Industri Barang Konsumsi di Bursa Efek Indonesia

    Abstract
    The objective of the research was to test the influence of decision to invest, decision to finance, dividend policy, profitability, and liquidity on firm value with firm size as moderating variable. The population was manufacture companies in consumption goods industry sector listed in BEI in the period of 2013-2017, and 33 of them were used as the samples, taken by using saturated or census sampling technique. The data were analyzed by using panel data regression analysis at the significance level of 5%, using common effect model (CEM). Hypothesis was tested by using t-test, F-test, and residual test. The result of the research showed that, simultaneously, decision to invest, decision to finance, dividend policy, profitability, and liquidity had the influence on firm value. Partially, the variables of decision to invest, decision to finance, dividend policy, and profitability had positive and significant influence on firm value while liquidity did not have any significant influence on firm value. The second hypothetical test showed that firm size could moderate the correlation of decision to invest, decision to finance, dividend policy, profitability, and liquidity with firm value.
     
    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh keputusan investasi, keputusan pendanaan, kebijakan dividen, profitabilitas dan likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan ukuran perusahaan sebagai variabel moderating. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia Periode 2013 sampai dengan 2017. Metode pemilihan sample menggunakan Sampel jenuh atau sensus. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 33 perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode regresi data panel dengan tingkat signifikansi 5% menggunakan common effect model (CEM). Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t, uji f, dan uji residual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan keputusan investasi, keputusan pendanaan, kebijakan dividen, profitabilitas dan likuiditas berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Secara parsial variabel keputusan investasi, keputusan pendanaan, kebijakan dividen, dan profitablitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan variabel likuiditas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaaan. Pengujian hipotesis kedua menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan tidak mampu memoderasi hubungan antara keputusan investasi, keputusan pendanaan, kebijakan dividen, profitabilitas dan likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan.
