dc.description.abstractThis study used a quasi-experimental design in pregnant rat (Rattus norvegicus) as many as 24 rats and consisted of 4 treatments (each treatment was divided into 6 rats ) the control group, preeclampsia rats, preeclampsia rats were given 100 mg/KgBB fruit mahkota dewa extract once a day, and preeclampsia rats were given 200 mg/KgBB fruit mahkota dewa extract twice a day. On the 17th day the pregnancies of the rat were dissected and taken from the kidney and made a paraffin method preparation using Hematoxilin-Eosin (HE) staining. Morphological observation included kidney weight and there were significant differences between control and treatment as well as kidney color differences in color between groups controls, black red with P1 red pale. Histology observation based on statistical data obtained significant results (P <0.05) on renal histology observations of rats which included glomerular area, tubular narrowing, and necrosis. This indicates that the fruit mahkota dewa (Phaleria macrocarpa) at a dose of 100mg/KgBB has the potential to repair kidney damage in the form of glomerular area, tubular narrowing, and necrosis.en_US
dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini menggunakan desain kuasi eksperimental pada tikus (Rattus novergicus) betina sebanyak 24 ekor tikus dan terdiri atas 4 perlakuan (Masing masing perlakuan dibagi 6 ekor tikus). Kelompok kontrol, tikus preeklamsia, tikus preeklamsia diberi ekstrak buah mahkota dewa sebanyak 100 mg/KgBB sehari sekali, dan tikus preeklamsia diberi ekstrak buah mahkota dewa sebanyak 200 mg/KgBB selama dua kali sehari. Pada hari ke 17 kehamilan tikus dibedah dan diambil organ ginjal dan pembuatan preparat dengan metode parafin menggunakan pewarnaan Hematoksilin-Eosin (HE). Hasil pengamatan morfologi meliputi berat ginjal dan terdapat perbedaan yang nyata antara kontrol dan perlakuan begitupun dengan warna ginjal terdapat perbedaan warna antara kelompok kontrol, merah kehitaman dengan P1 merah pucat. Hasil pengamatan histologi berdasarkan data statistik diperoleh hasil yang signifikan (P<0,05) terhadap pengamatan histologi ginjal tikus yang meliputi luas glomerulus, penyempitan tubulus dan nekrosis. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa buah mahkota dewa (Phaleria macrocarpa Scheff.) pada dosis 100 mg/KgBB berpotensi untuk memperbaiki kerusakan ginjal berupa luas glomerulus, penyempitan tubulus, dan nekrosis.en_US
