dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, komunikasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.Karya Semesta Prima. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 48 orang dan seluruhnya dijadikan sebagai sampel. Data penelitian diperoleh dari wawancara dengan karyawan PT Karya Semesta Prima dan menyebarkan kuesioner penelitian. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara serempak disiplin kerja, komunikasi, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Karya Semesta Prima. Uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja, komunikasi, dan motivasi kerja masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Karya Semesta Prima.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, communication, motivation on employee performance at PT Karya Semesta Prima. This research is an associative research. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The population of this study was 48 employees of PT Karya Semesta Prima, and the sampling technique in this study was saturated samples so that the number of samples in this study amounted to 48 people. The results of this study indicate that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work Discipline, Communication, Motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.en_US
