    Pengaruh Experienced Workplace Incivility terhadap Kesejahteraan Psikologis pada Pegawai Kontrak Pemerintah

    Abstract
    This study was conducted to determine the influence of experienced workplace incivility on the psychological well-being among government contract employees. The subjects of this research were 368 government contract employees in Medan. The data collection method used experienced workplace incivility scale and psychological well-being scale. The study used a simple linear regression test. The results showed that experienced workplace incivility negatively influenced on psychological well-being among government contract employees. This research is expected to be a reference for companies to be able to pay attention to the well-being aspects of social interaction in the work environment. Then further research is expected to take other factors that can affect employees’ well-being, especially contract employees.
     
    Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mencari pengaruh experienced workplace incivility terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis pada pegawai kontrak pemerintah. Subjek dalam penelitian ini ialah 368 pegawai kontrak pemerintah di Kota Medan. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala experienced workplace incivility dan skala kesejahteraan psikologis. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh negatif experienced workplace incivility terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis pada pegawai kontrak pemerintah. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mejadi referensi bagi perusahaan untuk dapat memperhatikan kesejahteraan psikologis dari aspek interaksi sosial di lingkungan kerja. Kemudian, diharapkan penelitian selanjutnya dapat menguji faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi kesejahteraan psikologis pegawai, khususnya pada pegawai kontrak.
