Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Keterikatan Kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada Karyawan PT. Tiki Jalur Nugraha EkakuriR (JNE Express) Cabang Medan

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership and work
engagement on organizational citizenship behavior of employees in PT. Tiki Jalur
Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE Express) Medan branch. This research uses quantitative
methods. The subjects of this study consisted of 273 permanent employees. The
research data were collected using organizational citizenship behavior scale, the
transformational leadership scale and the work engagement scale. Based on
multiple regression analysis, it was found: 1) Simultaneously, there is an effect of
transformational leadership and work engagement on organizational citizenship
behavior (R2 = .398, p <.000, and the correlation value R = .631 ; 2) there is an
effect of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior (rpartial
= .316, p = .000) and effective contribution (SE) = 16.4%; 3) there is an
effect of work engagement on organizational citizenship behavior (r-partial =
.403, p = .000) and effective contribution (SE)= 23.4%. In general, employees
have organizational citizenship behavior, transformational leadership and work
attachments in the high category. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan
transformasional dan keterikatan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship
behavior karyawan di PT. Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE Express) cabang
Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian
berjumlah 273 orang karyawan tetap. Data penelitian dikumpulkan menggunakan
skala organizational citizenship behavior, skala kepemimpinan transformasional
dan skala keterikatan kerja. Berdasarkan analisis regresi berganda, ditemukan: 1)
Secara simultan, ada pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan keterikatan
kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior ( R2= .398 ; p < .000 dan nilai
korelasi R= .631 ; 2) ada pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap
organizational citizenship behavior (r-parsial = .316, p = .000) dan sumbangan
efektif (SE) sebesar 16.4 %; 3) ada pengaruh keterikatan kerja terhadap
organizational citizenship behavior (r-parsial = .403 , p = .000) dan sumbangan
efektif (SE) sebesar 23.4%. Secara umum, karyawan memiliki organizational
citizenship behavior, kepemimpinan transformasional dan keterikatan kerja pada
kategori tinggi.
