    Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Terhadap Intensi Berbagi Pengetahuan

    Abstract
    This study aims to determine the effect of organizational climate (standards, responsibility, commitment climate) and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on knowledge sharing intention. This study was involved 180 employees of PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangunan Sumatera Bagian Utara, consisting 3 work units. The measuring instruments used in this study are knowledge sharing intention scale, standard organizational climate scale, responsibility organizational climate scale, commitment organizational climate scale, organizational citizenship behavior scale. The results showed that the dimensions of organizational climate and organizational citizenship behavior had a significant effect on knowledge sharing intention (R = .642; F = 30.704; P < .05) with an effective contribution of 41.2% (R2 = .412), and standard organizational climate has a greater contribution of 33.7% (R2 = .337) on knowledge sharing intention than responsibility organizational climate, commitment organizational climate, and organizational citizenship behavior. The implication of this research are organizations that carry out knowledge management can maintain the programs of knowledge sharing activities for their employees by providing a good working climate for their employees through the application of work standards in accordance with applicable rules and procedures, paying attention to a comfortable and pleasant work environment and providing Appreciation to employees who excel so that employees carry out their duties responsibly and are committed to being willing to do knowledge sharing activities voluntarily
     
    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh iklim organisasi (iklim standar, tanggung jawab, dan komitmen) dan organizational citizenship behavior terhadap intensi berbagi pengetahuan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 180 pegawai PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangunan Sumatera Bagian Utara. Penelitian ini melibatkan 180 pegawai PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangunan Sumatera Bagian Utara, yang terdiri dari 3 unit pelaksana. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu skala intensi berbagi pengetahuan, skala iklim organisasi standar, iklim organisasi tanggung jawab, iklim komitmen, dan skala organizational citizenship behavior. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisa regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi-dimensi iklim organisasi dan organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi berbagi pengetahuan (R = .642; F = 30.704; p < .05) dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 41.2% (R2 = .412), dan variabel bebas yang paling besar memberikan sumbangan efektif terhadap intensi berbagi pengetahuan adalah iklim standar sebesar 33.7% (R2 = .337). Implikasi dari penelitian ini agar organisasi yang melakukan manajemen pengetahuan dapat mempertahankan program kegiatan berbagi pengetahuan kepada para pegawainya dengan cara memberikan iklim kerja yang baik kepada para pegawainya melalui penerapan standar kerja sesuai dengan aturan dan prosedur yang berlaku, memerhatikan lingkungan kerja yang nyaman dan menyenangkan serta memberikan apresiasi kepada pegawai yang berprestasi agar para pegawai melakukan tugasnya dengan penuh tanggung jawab dan berkomitmen untuk mau melakukan kegiatan berbagi pengetahuan secara sukarela
