The effort to increase the growth and production of white oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus), it is necessary to add nutrients to sawdust which will be used as a growing medium for white oyster mushroom. One of the nutrients that need to be added is minerals including Ca (calcium) and Magnesium (Mg) contained in dolomite (CaMg(CO3)2) and macronutrients such as phosphorus contained in TSP fertilizerThis research aimed to determine the influence of the giving tsp fertilizer and dolomite in medium (Baglog) for the white oyster mushroom yield (Pleurotus ostreatus). The research was conducted on September 2019 until March 2020 in the village of Lau Bakeri and and Research and Technology Laboratory of Agriculture Faculty, University of Sumatera Utara. This research used randomized block factorial design with 2 factors namely tsp fertilizer (control, 1.2%, 2.4%) and dolomite (control, 1%, 2%, 3%). Parameters that measured was duration of mycelium distribution, the age began to harvest mushroom, fresh weight mushroom, the amount of mushroom hood, diameter mushroom hood, C-organic content, N-total content, C/N ratio, P2O5 content and pH of planting medium.
Result of this research showed that TSP fertilizer is able to increase P2O5 and C-organic in planting medium (baglog). Dolomite able accelerate mycelium distribution, and age of harvest and increase the fresh weight of the second harvest mushrooms, the number of hood mushrooms on the third harvest and pH of the planting medium (baglog). The interaction of TSP fertilizers and dolomite accelerates the age began to harvest mushroom, increases the fresh weight of the first and second harvest and total fresh weight mushrooms. Dalam upaya meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan produksi jamur tiram putih perlu dilakukan penambahan nutrisi pada serbuk gergaji yang akan digunakan sebagai medium tumbuh jamur tiram putih (Pleurotus ostreatus). Salah satu nutrisi yang perlu ditambahkan adalah hara makro seperti fosfor yang terkandung didalam pupuk TSP serta mineral meliputi Ca (kalsium) dan Magnesium (Mg) yang terkandung didalam dolomit (CaMg(CO3)2). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pupuk TSP dan dolomit pada media tanam jamur (baglog) terhadap produksi jamur tiram putih (Pleurotus ostreatus). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan September 2019 hingga Maret 2020 di kumbung petani jamur desa Lau Bakeri Kecamatan Kutalimbaru Kabupaten Deli Serdang dan dan Laboratorium Riset dan Teknologi, Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok faktorial dengan dua faktor perlakuan yaitu pupuk TSP (kontrol, 1.2%, 2.4%) dan dolomit (kontrol, 1%, 2%, 3%). Parameter yang diukur adalah waktu penyebaran miselium, umur mulai panen, bobot segar panen, jumlah tudung jamur, diameter tudung jamur, kadar c-organik, N-total, rasio C/N, kadar P2O5 dan pH media tanam.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pupuk TSP nyata meningkatkan kadar P2O5 dan C-organik pada media tanam (baglog). Dolomit nyata mempercepat waktu penyebaran miselium, dan umur panen serta meningkatkan bobot segar jamur panen ke 2, jumlah tudung jamur panen ke 3 dan pH media tanam (baglog). Interaksi pupuk TSP dan dolomit mempercepat umur mulai panen, meningkatkan bobot segar jamur panen ke 1 dan 2 dan bobot segar total jamur.
