dc.description.abstractFebry Hardian (130304125) with the thesis title "Production and Consumption Forecasting Analysis of Broiler Chicken Meat in North Sumatra Province." Case study in North Sumatra Province. Guided by Ms. Dr. Ir. Tavi Supriana, MS as a chairman of the supervisory committee and Ms. Dr. Ir. Salmiah, MS as a member of the supervising commission. This study aims to analyze the production and consumption of broiler chicken meat in North Sumatra Province with forecasting analysis using the SPSS program application. The method of determining the area used by purposive area sampling. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics and the Department of Animal Husbandry and Food Security of North Sumatra Province. The results showed that in 2006-2015 in North Sumatra Province, broiler chicken meat production experienced a positive trend and consumption of broiler chicken meat also experienced a positive trend. In 2006-2015 in North Sumatra Province showed consumption of broiler chicken meat was greater than broiler chicken meat production in North Sumatra Province. For 2016-2025 in North Sumatra Province shows that the results of forecasting analysis of meat production of broiler chickens experience a negative trend and the results of forecasting analysis of consumption of broiler chicken meat experience a negative trend that has decreased without too significant differences between the results of forecasting analysis of chicken meat production and consumption broiler in North Sumatra Province.en_US
dc.description.abstractFebry Hardian (130304125) dengan judul skripsi “Analisis Forecasting Produksi dan Konsumsi Daging Ayam Broiler di Provinsi Sumatera Utara.” Studi kasus Di Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini di bimbing oleh Ibu Dr. Ir. Tavi Supriana, MS selaku ketua komisi pembimbing dan Ibu Dr. Ir. Salmiah, MS selaku anggota komisi pembimbing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa produksi dan konsumsi daging ayam broiler di Provinsi Sumatera Utara dengan analisis forecasting dengan menggunakan aplikasi program SPSS. Metode penentuan daerah yang digunakan secara purposive area sampling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Stastistika dan Dinas Peternakan dan Ketahanan Pangan Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pada tahun 2006-2015 di Provinsi Sumatera Utara, produksi daging ayam broiler mengalami trend positif dan untuk konsumsi daging ayam broiler juga mengalami trend positif. Pada tahun 2006-2015 di Provinsi Sumatera Utara menunjukkan konsumsi daging ayam broiler lebih besar dari produksi daging ayam broiler Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Untuk tahun 2016-2025 di Provinsi Sumatera Utara menunjukkan bahwa hasil analisis forecasting produksi daging ayam broiler mengalami trend negatif dan hasil analisis forecasting konsumsi daging ayam broiler mengalami trend negatif yang mengalami penurunan dengan perbedaan yang tidak terlalu signifikan antara hasil analisis forecasting produksi dan konsumsi daging ayam broiler di Provinsi Sumatera Utara.en_US
