Analisis Forecasting Produksi dan Konsumsi Telur Ayam Ras di Provinsi Sumatera Utara

Abstract

This study aims to analyze forecasting production and consumption of chicken eggs in North Sumatra with descriptive analysis. The method of determining the area used purposively. The data used in this study are secondary data (indirect) obtained from the Animal Husbandry and Animal Health Office of North Sumatra Province. The results showed that In the year 2006-2015 in North Sumatra Province, the production and consumption of chicken eggs experienced a positive trend. In 2006- 2015 in North Sumatra Province showed the consumption of chicken eggs greater than the production of chicken eggs of North Sumatra Province. For the year 2017- 2026 in North Sumatra Province shows that the projection of egg production and consumption of chicken eggs experienced a positive trend and with a slight difference between the projected production and consumption of chicken eggs of North Sumatra Province.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa forecasting produksi dan konsumsi telur ayam ras di Sumatera Utara dengan analisis deskriptif. Metode penentuan daerah yang digunakan secara purposive. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data sekunder (tidak langsung) yang diperoleh dari Dinas Peternakan dan Kesehatan Hewan Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pada tahun 2006-2015 di Provinsi Sumatera Utara, produksi dan konsumsi telur ayam ras mengalami trend positif. Pada tahun 2006-2015 di Provinsi Sumatera Utara menunjukkan konsumsi telur ayam ras lebih besar dari produksi telur ayam ras Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Untuk tahun 2017-2026 di Provinsi Sumatera Utara menunjukkan bahwa proyeksi produksi dan konsumsi telur ayam ras mengalami trend positif dan dengan perbedaan tipis antara proyeksi produksi dan konsumsi telur ayam ras Provinsi Sumatera Utara.
