The results showed 68 people (68%) experienced respiratory complaints with the types of respiratory complaints experienced by respondents were coughing (33%), sneezing (20%), shortness of breath (10%), and runny nose (5%). The statistical test results showed that there was a relationship between age (p value = 0.001), education (p value = 0.047), duration of work (p value = 0.016), knowledge (p value = 0.004), and use of PPE (p value = 0.001) with the incidence of respiratory complaints. There was no association between gender (p value = 1) and the incidence of respiratory complaints. It is recommended that relevant agencies provide masks for workers, as well as health facilities for employees, including services that focus on respiratory health.
