Objective: This study aims to understand the procedures for incoming and outgoing letters in handling complaints at the Manpower Office of Medan City.
Method: The sample was taken from one location, namely the Manpower Office of Medan City.
Results: This study also explains that the Manpower Office of Medan City has not yet implemented a tracking system that can be used by the public or companies to know the exact status of the letters sent. The handling of complaint letters at the Manpower Office of Medan City involves important steps to ensure that complaints are handled effectively, including registration, initial verification, preliminary review, initial investigation, and several other stages.
