Entrepreneurship is the spirit, attitude, behavior and ability of a person in handling businesses or activities that lead to efforts to search for, creating, apply new ways of working, technology and products by increasing efficiency in order to provide the better services and obtaining greater profits. Interest is a tendency that causes someone to try to find or try activities in a certain field. This research aims to determine the influence and how much influence entrepreneurial knowledge, family environment, income expectations, having capital and freedom to work and to have on students' interest in entrepreneurship in the Agribusiness Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, University of North Sumatra. The sampling method was carried out by using non-probability sampling with a sample size of 84 students. The data analysis method used is descriptive and quantitative analysis with data instrument tests, classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression. The results of the study concluded that the independent variable (X) had a simultaneous effect on the dependent variable (Y), but partially the independent variables family environment, income expectations and freedom in work had a real and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship, while the independent variables were entrepreneurial knowledge and having capital. does not have a real and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship.
