This research discusses the culinary lexicon of the Aceh Tamiang Malay community. The emergence of a variety of modern foods that have replaced traditional foods in the Aceh Tamiang Malay community and the lack of public attention to culinary delights has resulted in the culinary lexicon of the Aceh Tamiang Malay community being threatened with extinction. This research describes the types of culinary lexicon of the Aceh Tamiang Malay community, and the interrelation of the culinary lexicon of the Acehnese Malay community in Sungai Kuruk II Village, Seruway District. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The theory used in this research is the dialectical theory of social praxis which includes three dimensions of social praxis, namely ideological, sociological and biological dimensions with an ecolinguistic approach. This research data is a type of culinary lexicon of the Aceh Tamiang Malay community which comes from research results showing that the typical culinary lexicon of the Aceh Tamiang Malay community consists of 15 types of culinary delights and is classified based on two lexicon groups, namely (1) tools and ingredients and (2) activities. From the two groups of culinary lexicons, 73 tool and ingredient lexicons and 30 activity lexicons were obtained. The number of culinary lexicons of the Aceh Tamiang Malay community found in this research was 103 lexicons.
