Abstract

This research aims to describe the management of dynamic archives at Universitas Quality Berastagi. This research applied qualitative methodology by interview.

The results showed that the management of dynamic archives at Quality Berastagi University includes: 1) Creation of archives, which is carried out through the creation, receipt and collection of achives 2) Use and maintenance of archives, which is carried out through the storage, lending and maintenance of archives 3) Depreciation ofhives, which is carried out through the transfer and destruction of archives. The challenges faced include limited human resources, facilities and infrastructure, as well as inadequate relations. Effiets are made to optimize existing rewnaces, propose a budget, and prepare imersal regulations d to archive management
