The analysis technique used is panel data regression with a convergence approach, the number of observed data is 198. To test the research hypothesis, the t test was used. The results of this study indicate that partially the initial income has a negative and significant effect on the convergence of economic growth in North Sumatra. Labor has a positive and significant effect on the convergence of economic growth in North Sumatra. Capital has no effect on the convergence of growth in North Sumatra. The base sector has a positive and significant effect on the convergence of economic growth in North Sumatra.
