The tests carried out are validity, reliability, and policy gap analysis. Policy gap analysis is an analytical tool used to assess government performance in terms of public policies/services by comparing plan inputs and factual implementation.
The results of this study indicate that the Village Fund has provided an increase in the real income of rural communities and this is recognized by 97.8% of the people who agree and 2.2% say they strongly agree. The Village Fund Policy also has a role in adding physical facilities and infrastructure in rural areas and the results of the study found that 99.11% of the community agreed and 0.89% stated that they strongly agreed that there were additional facilities and infrastructure in Mekar Sari Village. Village Fund Management seen in the context of planning, implementation, transparency and its impact on the community has been carried out well but is still not fully in line with the expectations of rural communities. The expected impact of the Village Fund on development in Mekar Sari Village can be said to be quite good.
