dc.description.abstract3D printing is a manufacturing process technology developed to create rapid prototypes, one of which is FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) technology. This study aims to formulate the correlation of process parameters with response parameters in the 3D printing operation of the NACA 23012 airfoil using PLA filament printing raw materials and analyze and formulate a combination of process parameter variable values that produce optimum values for the response variables Ra and W using the Taguchi method. The design of the research object carried out on 3D printing is the NACA 23012 airfoil, using the specified NACA standard coordinate points. This printing uses a bed temperature of 60 ℃, and PLA filament printing raw materials. For the linear correlation obtained, namely: Ra = 4.02142 + (-8,64 x {10}^{-3}x_1) + (-1.273\ x\ {10}^{-2}x_2) + 3.46667x_3 + 2\ x\ {10}^{-4}x_4 and for W = 8.46694 + 4.25\ x\ {10}^{-3}x_1 + 5\ x\ {10}^{-4}x_2 + 4.5333x_3 + 2.492\ x\ {10}^{-2}x_4; Surface roughness (Ra) Optimum (V3,T3,h1,D2): Print rate 110mm/s, print temperature 210℃, layer height 0.15mm, and fill density 20%; and weight (W) Optimum (V1,T2,H1,D1): Print rate 70mm/s, print temperature 200℃, layer height 0.15mm, and fill density 0%.en_US
