dc.description.abstractThis research was conducted at Gultom Jaya Mart Pangaribuan. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of service quality and promotion on product purchasing decisions at Gultom Jaya Mart Pangaribuan. The population in this study was in Gultom Jaya Mart Pangaribuan, Selamat Datang Desa Street, Batumanumpak, Pangaribuan District, North Tapanuli Regency, North Sumatra. The number of samples in this research was 100 respondents using accidental sampling technique. Data collection uses a questionnaire. The data collection technique in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research partially show that Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and Promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, Service Quality and Promotion have a positive and significant influence on the decision to purchase at Gultom Jaya Mart Pangaribuan.en_US
