Metode Program Pariwisata di BBPVP Medan

Abstract

The objective of this research is to evaluate the training program methods implemented by the Center for Vocational Development and Productivity (BBPVP) Medan. This training program holds a strategic role in enhancing the competencies of human resources within the tourism sector, which is a critical component of both the local and national economy. The research employs a combination of Library Research and Field Research to gather relevant data and information. The findings reveal that BBPVP Medan utilizes a range of training methods, including Competency Based Training (CBT) and Project Based Learning, particularly in the training programs for Baristas, Housekeeping, and Front Office personnel.
