Faktor – Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Nilai Tes Berjalan 6 Menit (6MWT) pada Penyintas Covid-19 yang Bekerja di Rumah Sakit Universitas Sumatera Utara

Abstract

Background: Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). Medical workers are at three times the risk of getting COVID-19 than ordinary people. There are various tests to assess exercise tolerance in pulmonary disease patients. Therefore, a study was conducted using a 6-minute walking test tool (6MWT) and factors that influence it on COVID-19 survivors who work at USU Hospital Method: The design of this study is an experimental study conducted on 100 COVID-19 survivors working in USU Hospital. All research subjects conducted 6MWT. Results: This study with research subjects of 100 patients who had recovered from COVID-19 disease are 74 people (74%) were female. 95 people (95%) aged ≤ 35 years, the majority of patients were S1 are 78%. The degree of COVID-19 experienced by the most research subjects was mild degrees are 93 people (93%), with a history of vaccine >1 time the most participated in the study, 59 people (59%). Conclusion: There was no significant association between 6MWT and age, history of COVID-19 degree, BMI and frequency of COVID-19.
