PT AXA Mandiri Financial Services, harainafter referred to as AXA Mandiri, initially operated on October 28, 1991 under the name PT Azuruns! Jhoot Saan Raharjo, becoming the forerunner of PT AXA Mandiri Financial Services. It charges its name several times until on December 10, 2003 AXA Mandiri officially become the name PT AXA Mandiri Financial Services and become a subsidiary company of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero). Thk. As development progresses, there is a decrease in employer job satisfaction which caneus increased nenever in the company. The objective of this research is to determine and analyze the effect of emotioned intelligence, co-workers, and self-effioncy on turnover through Job satefaction as on intervening variable.
