This study aims to determine the effect of sustainability report disclosure,
profitability, liquidity, and institutional ownership on stock returns. The population
in this study consists of all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock
Exchange for the period 2019-2023. The sample selection was carried out using
purposive sampling method, obtaining a total of 120 observational data. This study
uses secondary data from annual reports and sustainability reports of each
company. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.
Data processing was performed using SPSS version 26 software. The partial results
showed that sustainability report disclosure and institutional ownership had no
effect on stock returns, while profitability had a positive and significant effect, and
liquidity had a negative and significant effect on stock returns. The simultaneous
test results also showed that sustainability report disclosure, profitability, liquidity,
and institutional ownership had a significant effect on stock returns.
