Background. Nutritional status will be one of the causes of the emergence of metabolic diseases such as diabetes, obesity, heart disease, and cancer. Nutritional status, which is determined by factors such as unhealthy food intake or insufficient sleep duration, triggers the emergence of future disorders and begins with a person's abnormal nutritional status. Objective. To analyze the relationship of junk food consumption and sleep quality with nutritional status. Methods. This study used an analytic observational method with a cross-sectional research approach conducted on students. Data were obtained by filling out the FFQ questionnaire to see junk food consumption and PSQI to see sleep quality. The data was then analyzed using Spearman's Rank comparative test to determine the effect of the two variables. Results and Discussion. The data's bivariate analysis shows no relationship between junk food consumption (p=0.856) and sleep quality (p=0.080) with nutritional status. Conclusion. This research shows that there is no relationship between junk food consumption and nutritional status. And there is no relationship between sleep quality and nutritional status.
