The World Health Organization (WHO) defines mental health as a state of well-being of individuals who are aware of their own potential, can cope with normal life pressures, can work productively, change, able to contribute to their community. This study aims to determine the factors related to work stress in operational and technical workers at PT. Angkasa Pura Aviasi Kualanamu International Airport. The study used a quantitative method with a cross-sectional study approach. Sampling using the simple random sampling method, the number of samples using the slovin formula obtained a sample of 50 workers. Data processing was carried out by univariate and bivariate analysis using the spearman correlation test. The results of the study showed that 32 workers (64%) had light physical workload, 27 workers (54%) had high mental workload, 30 workers (60%) had unqualified noise, 31 workers (62%) were ≤ 34 years old, 26 workers (52%) had a work period of ≤ 10 years, and 43 workers (86%) had a marital status of married. Based on the bivariate analysis, it can be seen that there is a significant relationship between mental workload (p value = 0.034) and work period (p value = 0.045) with work stress. There is no significant relationship between physical workload (p value = 0.608), noise (p value = 0.399), age (p value = 0.612), and marital status (p value = 0.289) with work stress. It is recommended that PT. Angkasa Pura Aviasi conducts work stress checks on workers to determine work stress that occurs in workers.en_US
