The Effect of System Quality, Service Quality, Taxpayer Awareness, and Usefulness of E-Samsat Program on Motor Vehicle Taxpayer Compliance at Samsat City of Jambi
Abstract
This researcher aims to determine the effect of System Quality, Service Quality, Taxpayer Awareness, And The Usefulness Of The E-Samsat Program On Motor Vehicle Taxpayer Compliance At The Jambi City Samsat. The population in this study were all Motor Vehicle Taxpayers. This study used the Accidental Sampling method and the calculation of sampling using the Slovin formula so that a sample of 400 Taxpayers was obtained. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire method distributed to respondents and processed using SPSS Version 25. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that System Quality, Service Quality, Taxpayer Awareness, And The Usefulness Of The E-Samsat Program have a significant effect on Motor Vehicle Taxpayer Compliance At The Jambi City Samsat.
