To describe the coronary artery calcium (CAC) score in coronary heart disease patients at Adam Malik Hospital, Medan. Method. This study is a descriptive study with a retrospective cross-sectional design, where data were obtained from 100 secondary medical records at Adam Malik Hospital, Medan, using consecutive sampling techniques. Results. Among 100 samples, a CAC score of >400 was predominantly found in the 45-64 age group, comprising 23 samples (62.1%), males with 22 samples (59.4%), smokers with 20 samples (54%), 33 samples with hypertension (89%), 21 samples with LDL ≥100 mg/dl (56.7%), 23 samples without diabetic (62.1%), and 28 samples with obese (75.6%).
