Prediksi Kebangkrutan Perusahaan Berdasarkan Analisa Model Altman Z-Score pada Perusahaan Pertambangan yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia 2017-2023

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the influence of working capital to total assets, retained earnings to total assets, earnings before interest and taxes to total assets, and book value of equity to total debt on the bankruptcy of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2017-2023. This research involves 45 mining companies with diverse types of mining activities. Data collection techniques utilize documentation or secondary data, and the analysis technique employs multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that working capital to total assets has a positive and significant effect on the bankruptcy of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2017-2023. Retained earnings to total assets have a positive and significant effect on the bankruptcy of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2017-2023. Earnings before interest and taxes to total assets have a positive and significant effect on the bankruptcy of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2017- 2023. The book value of equity to total debt has a positive and significant effect on the bankruptcy of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2017-2023.
