dc.description.abstract | The study aims to determine and analysis the effect to CAR, LDR and BOPO on ROA in PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk in 2014 – 2023 period. The variables used in this study consisted of independent variables, namely CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio) (X1), LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio) (X2), BOPO (Biaya Operasional Pendapatan Operasional) (X3) and the dependent variables namely ROA (Y). The sample in this study amounted to 1 banking company with data analysis techniques used in this study using SPSS version 22 software.
The data analysis tool used is the classical assumption, test of multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination test, F test and T test. The result of this study indicate that CAR, LDR and BOPO simultaneously have a significant effect on ROA. This is evidenced by the value of sig. 0,000 less than 0,05. From the results of the t test (partial) the CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio) variable has a negative effect and not significant on ROA (Return On Assets). The LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio) variable partially has a significant negative effect on ROA (Return On Assets) and the BOPO (Biaya Operasional Pendapatan Operasional) variable is partially positive and has a significant effect on ROA (Return On Assets). This is proven and evidenced by the value of sig. CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio) same as 0,520 more than 0,05, LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio) same as 0,304 more than 0,05 and BOPO (Biaya Operasional Pendapatan Operasional) same as 0,000 less than 0,05.
The results of this study indicate that CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio), LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio) and BOPO (Biaya Operasional Pendapatan Operasional) affect ROA (Return On Assets) by 33,8 percent while the remaining 66,2 percent is influenced by other variables on the research day. The bank company which is in this case is Bank Negara Indonesia should futher increase the CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio) ratio, stabilize the BOPO (Biaya Operasional Pendapatan Operasional) and can maintain the LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio) ratio according to the provisions that have been made determined by Bank Indonesia. It is used to assess the company’s financial performance. | en_US |
