The Effect of Perceived Organizational Support on Commitment Organizational in PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Kantor Cabang Medan Employees
Abstract
This study aims to see the effect of perceived organizational support on organizational commitment in employees of PT Bank Aceh Syariah Kantor Cabang Medan. The method used in this study is quantitative method. The subjects in this study amounted to 60 people who were permanent employees of PT Bank Aceh Syariah Kantor Cabang Medan. The data collection method used a Likert scale consisting of a perceived organizational support scale and a organizational commitment scale. The results of this study showed that the perceived organizational support variable had a positive effect of 35.4% on organizational commitment. This shows that perceived organizational support increases employee organizational commitment at PT Bank Aceh Syariah Kantor Cabang Medan. The implication is that this study can expand information on the effect of perceived organizational support on organizational commitment in PT Bank Aceh Syariah Kantor Cabang Medan employees.
