The Influence of Workload, Servant Leadership, and Leadership Succession on PT Perkebunan Nusantara Employee Performance (Case Study of PTPN 4 Medan City)
Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of Workload, Servant Leadership, and leadership succession on the performance of PT Perkebunan Nusantara 4 employees. This research is associative research and the type of data used is quantitative. The research population in this study was employees of PT Perkebunan Nusantara 4 Medan City with a total of 499. The total sample in this study was 76 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. This shows that simultaneously Workload, Servant Leadership, and Leadership Succession have a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of PT Perkebunan Nusantara 4 Medan City. Partial research results: Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Perkebunan Nusantara 4 Medan City, and is the dominant variable after Servant Leadership and leadership succession on employee performance at PT Perkebunan Nusantara 4 Medan City. Servant Leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Perkebunan Nusantara 4 Medan City employees, and is the most dominant variable on the performance of PT Perkebunan Nusantara 4 Medan City employees. Leadership succession has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Perkebunan Nusantara 4 Medan City employees, and is the second most dominant variable after Servant Leadership on the Performance of PT Perkebunan Nusantara 4 Medan City employees.
