In the 21st century, organizations and companies are required to possess competitive capabilities in terms of product quality and a more professional human resource base. In achieving this, human resources play a crucial role and require deeper attention and study, as ultimately, humans determine and predict the progress or failure of an organization. The aim of this study is to investigate how Perceived Career Development influences Psychological Capital on employee Work Engagement at the PERUMDATirtanadi Directorate Office. Data collection utilized questionnaires distributed to 211 employees at the PERUMDATirtanadi Directorate Office. Data analysis employed SEM PLS (Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares) using SmartPLS software. The results indicate that Perceived Career Development significantly moderates the influence of Psychological Capital on Work Engagement. The implications suggest that this research can serve as a reference for interventions aimed at enhancing Psychological Capital among employees.en_US
