Abstract
Human resources are a crucial factor in a company's success or failure in
achieving its objectives. To achieve its goals, a company must pay attention to and
properly manage its employees to ensure that qualified workers do not have the
desire to leave or resign from the company. However, it has been observed that employees at PT Indah Mandiri Sari experience turnover intention, with some eventually resigning. Researchers identified that dissatisfaction with job quality and work stress might be contributing factors.
The aim of this study is to analyze the relationship between the variables of Job Satisfaction and Work Stress with Turnover Intention. This research also seeks to examine the influence of these two variables on the phenomenon of turnover intention and resign at PT Indah Mandiri Sari.
The study was conducted using a quantitative method with an associative approach. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 50 employees using a total sampling technique, supported by secondary data such as
various books and previous studies. The data was analyzed using instrument tests,
classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing as tools for data interpretation.
The results of the study show that Job Satisfaction and Work Stress have a significant influence on Turnover Intention, with correlation and impact levels of
91.1% and 82.2%, respectively. The findings indicate that dissatisfaction with job and work stress are the main causes of declining employee performance.
