    Abstract
Every company essentially needs employees with strong performance, as they significantly contribute to the company’s potential for growth. Two factors that influence employee performance include work discipline and the commitment of employees to advancing the company where they work. However, it has been observed that employees at PT Hobin Nauli Multimedia Sibolga are experiencing a decline in performance, resulting in outputs that fail to meet targets. Researchers suspect that a lack of work discipline and commitment to advancing the company are contributing factors. The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between the variables of Work Discipline and Organizational Commitment and Employee Performance. This study also seeks to examine the impact of these two variables on the phenomenon of declining performance at PT Hobin Nauli Multimedia Sibolga. The research was conducted using a quantitative method with an associative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 30 employees using a total sampling technique, supported by secondary data from books and previous studies. Data were analyzed using instrument testing, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing as tools for data interpretation. The results showed that Work Discipline and Organizational Commitment significantly influence Employee Performance, with correlation and influence levels of 86.8% and 73.4%, respectively. The findings indicate that employee noncompliance with procedures, regulations, and the work environment contributes to low levels of work discipline and commitment, which in turn negatively impacts their overall performance.
