the relationship between fast food consumption and the occurrence of obesity.
Method. The research conducted analytically used a cross-sectional study design.
The research sample consists of seventh-grade students from Madrasah
Tsanawiyah Khadijah who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria and were
selected using the probability sampling method with proportionate stratified
random sampling type. Research data were collected through interviews with
subjects regarding the frequency of fast food consumption and anthropometric

=0,019) and a relationship between energy intake value and obesity (p = 0.021).
Conclusion. There is a relationship between the frequency of fast food consumption
and obesity. There is a relationship between energy intake and obesity.
