A descriptive study with total sampling data collection method sourced from sputum and BAL culture results data in the medical record of the Microbiology Laboratory of Haji Adam Malik Medan Hospital in 2023 therefore this data will be documented and tabulated based on variable in this study. Result. The incidence of fungal pneumonia was 10.8% at Haji Adam Malik Medan Hospital in 2023. The most common of type fungus in this study was Candida sp. with a rate of 629 patients (95.6%) and also the most fungal type that was sensitive to voriconazole was 572 patients (87.2%). The most demographic criteria were obtained in the age group 41 – 60 old years with a total of 277 patients (42.2%) consisting male patients with a number 179 patients (27.2%) while female patients with 98 patients (14.9%).
