The most common primary diagnoses among patients were sepsis (35.8%), stroke (16.2%), pneumonia (7.4%), ARDS (1.7%), pulmonary edema (0.4%) and others (22.7%). The most prevalent comorbidities were hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and chronic kidney disease, accounting for 49 cases (21.4%). The most frequently performed medical intervention was intubation, with 125 procedures (54.6%), while the most commonly prescribed antibiotics were in combination, with 118 prescriptions (51.5%). The ICU mortality rate was recorded at 88.2%. The findings of this study provide a comprehensive overview of ICU patient characteristics, which can serve as a reference for improving healthcare services at the hospital.en_US
