    Abstract
The form of responsibility of plantation companies that have a Plantation Business Permit (IUP) must be to facilitate the development of gardens in the surrounding community. For both private companies and state-owned companies, this is in accordance with the provisions of Law Number 39 of 2014. This partnership agreement is a business strategy carried out by two or more parties within a certain period of time to achieve mutual benefits with the principle of mutual need and mutual growth/development of what is stated in written form. The problem in this thesis is how to arrange a partnership agreement from a company law perspective, how to implement a partnership agreement between the Ukindo Blankahan Farmers Group and PT. United Kingdom Indonesia Plantations, what are the legal consequences of a breach of contract between the Ukindo Blankahan Farmers Group and PT. United Kingdom Indonesia Plantations. The research method used in this research is a normative research method with descriptive research characteristics. The data sources obtained are primary data and secondary data (which includes primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials). The data collection technique used was library research and interviews. The data analysis used is qualitative in nature, obtained using a systematic process. Implementation of the PT plantation partnership agreement. United Kingdom Indonesia Plantations In its implementation, there are still deficiencies in terms of obligations to facilitate the development of farmer group plantations so that it can give rise to acts of default in it, as a result of this default, a law arises that regulates, if the company does not carry out its obligations, it will be subject to administrative sanctions and the revocation of its plantation business license, causing the company's cultivation rights to be lost. In the practice of partnership agreements, there are still shortcomings, especially regarding the contents of contracts relating to development facilitation mechanisms that must be explained in detail, Plantation partnership regulations don’t yet provide legal protection for the community.
