Analisis Efektivitas dan Efisiensi Penjualan Barang Dagang dengan Menggunakan Aplikasi MOKA pada Suryamart Koperasi Anugrah Surya Madani (ASM) Kota Medan

Abstract

SuryaMart Anugrah Surya Madani Cooperative (ASM) Medan City is an economic institution located in the Muhammadiyah Tanjung Sari Medan Selayang Branch environment which consists of teachers, school business unit employees from elementary, junior high, senior high, vocational high schools and parents including the community around the cooperative. The cooperative provides basic necessities, drinks and snacks, and office stationery (ATK). In order to develop this cooperative unit business, of course, manual recording in Microsoft Excel which is typed in detail is certainly not effective, especially with the many sales made every day by the cooperative. The method used in cooperatives using Microsoft Excel manually takes a long time and is not accurate. However, with the emergence of the MOKA point of sale application, it can now record finances and produce financial reports easily, quickly and credibly. The results of this study indicate that the utilization of the effectiveness of transaction recording and financial report preparation using the MOKA application in the ASM consumer muamalah cooperative can be said to be quite effective, the obstacles are not far from human error and of course so far there are still solutions to the obstacles in implementing this MOKA application. From the conclusions obtained, it is suggested that the cooperative, especially the cashier, must always double-check whether there are any errors that could result in transaction errors.
