dc.description.abstractPulmonary tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. This disease is chronic and can be transmitted from sufferers to other people. This disease spreads when someone with pulmonary tuberculosis coughs or sneezes and other people inhale the droplets released. The complaints experienced by these sufferers include fever, cough with phlegm, and coughing up blood. The aim of this writing is to apply the science of nursing care starting from assessment, determining a diagnosis, determining an action plan, and carrying out evaluation and documentation of nursing care for pulmonary TB clients. The results of the nursing process for pulmonary TB clients with nursing problems of ineffective airway clearance, namely the client was stopped on the second day because the patient was able to carry out the actions taught. It is hoped that nurses will continue to collaborate well and provide support to patients and families, and the author suggests the importance of coughing effectively because it can speed up the expulsion of phlegm in patients with respiratory tract disorders. in pulmonary TB clients with the problem of ineffective airway clearance as an effort to increase excess sputum discharge.en_US
