dc.description.abstractPOME processing technology can use several technologies such as closed ponds, Continuous Stirred Tank Reactors (CSTR) with Digester Tanks and others. This study only examines Biogas Production Technology at Gunung Melayu Satu Factory PT. Saudara Sejati Luhur Asian Agri Asahan. The results of the study showed that the biogas produced from POME waste in October 2023 was 514,584 kWh, in November 2023 it was 507,816 kWh and in December 2023 it was 525,000 kWh. The OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) generated on the Transfer Pump in October 2023 was 49,80%, November 2023 was 48,37%, December 2023 was 54,15%. The OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) on the Vibrating Screen in October 2023 was 49,80%, November 2023 was 48,37%, December 2023 was 54,15%. The OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) on the Mixer/Agitator Pump in October 2023 was 96,32%, November 2023 was 96,29%, December 2023 was 96,66%. OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) on Supply Pump in October 2023 is 38,28%, November 2023 is 37,43%, December 2023 is 44,22%. OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) on Dehumidifier in October 2023 is 84,41%, November 2023 is 84,03%, December 2023 is 87,68%. OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) on Gas Engine in October 2023 is 85,86%, November 2023 is 87,56%, December 2023 is 87,60%.en_US
