Biolubricants are bio-based lubricants as renewable and environmentally friendly energy. In tribology, lubrication functions to provide protection to the machine. Pin on disc is one of the tribotester methods used to test the wear level of a material. The pin on disc machine uses a disc made of DCMX steel while the cylindrical pin is made of ST 90 steel. The aim of this research is to analyze the wear mass, wear volume and wear rate of the pin using variations in load and lubrication. The pin was tested with three types of biolubricants made from used cooking oil produced with varying catalyst percentages of 1%, 2% and 3%, as well as one lubricant from the Turalik 52 oil manufacturer as a comparison. The highest wear mass, wear volume and wear rate were found in tests using 3% biolubricant and 10N load with respective values of 0,13 gram, 16,56 mm3 and 2,76 × 10−6 mm3/ N.mm, while the wear mass, wear volume and wear rate were the lowest in the test using turalic 52 oil and 5N load with respective values of 0,01 gram, 1,273 mm3 and 0,424 × 10−6 mm3/ N.mm.en_US
