dc.description.abstract | Sibolga City is one of the smallest cities in Indonesia that has abundant marine resource potential, so the fisheries subsector plays a very important role in the regional economy. Grouper fish is one of the fishery commodities that has a high selling price and has characteristics that are not durable so the role of the business system is very necessary. This study aims to determine the shape of the trading channel, market structure, market behavior, trading margin and efficiency of grouper trading channels in Sibolga City. The results of the study show that there are three types of grouper fish studied, namely red sunu grouper, sunu grouper and coral grouper. The most efficient trading channel for red sunu grouper is the second trading channel with a trading margin of IDR 60,000/kg and a fisherman's share of 45.45%. The most efficient trading channel for sunu grouper is the second trading channel with a trading margin of IDR 59,000/kg fisherman's share of 38.86%. The most efficient trading channel for coral grouper is the third trading channel with a trading margin of Rp7,000/kg fisherman's share of 72.28%. | en_US |
