Ergonomic problems in garment SMEs, especially in the Fabric Cutting Department, are very urgent to be addressed because of the high risk of injury experienced by workers due to the design of work facilities that are less ergonomic. This condition causes workers to be in uncomfortable positions for hours, which has the potential to cause musculoskeletal problems, fatigue, and decreased productivity. One sector that is vulnerable to ergonomic problems is the garment industry. Meyrolind Kebaya SMEs, which produce various types of clothing such as kebaya, dresses, shirts, skirts, and pants, face ergonomic constraints in their fabric cutting department. Non-ergonomic work facilities cause workers to experience pain in several parts of the body, based on the results of the Nordic Body Map questionnaire. This study aims to design an ergonomic work desk in the fabric cutting department using anthropometric methods, with the aim of reducing pain complaints and increasing worker comfort. Based on the Nordic Body Map questionnaire, the highest complaint of 70% was found in the left knee, which was caused by standing for too long. The addition of facilities in the form of a work desk is expected to be an effective solution for workers in the fabric cutting department.en_US
